Bundle of Joy (Full Planning) — Baby showers
Theme and design development, custom décor planning, RSVP management, setup and styling, and breakdown supervision.
Where we come in
We plan events start to finish — the budget, the timeline, the vendors, and the day itself. For couples already partway through a wedding, there is a partial planning option. We do not offer day-of coordination.

A personalized budget and payment schedule, and a design direction to work toward.

We present recommended vendors with pricing, and you choose.
Leading up, and the day
Final confirmations with vendors, a venue walkthrough, and a timeline. Then the event day itself.
Who we are
P&B Signature Coordinators was started so people could have the event they imagined without having to run it themselves. Each founder brings over a decade as an event designer and coordinator.
